As important as your cost savings is, we will always set our best efforts forward to be sure the operator and aircraft you travel on is as safe as possible, as we take your trust in us very seriously. Please note, we do not represent any one operator, we represent you! This service not only costs you nothing, it actually saves you money due to our buying volume and our knowledge of all operators to obtain bids from. We have negotiated several proprietary deals whereby discounts have been given to Wolf Aviation, LLC and we will pass this savings on to you. Below is a breakdown of the many services provided by Wolf Aviation, LLC.

• Seek and obtain variety of bids from multiple Operators best suited for your needs.
• Each quote provided includes direct flight times from the Operators so you may decide what Aircraft will best fit your time schedule.
• Verify and obtain Operator’s Insurance Certificate, F.A.A. Part 135 on demand charter certificate, DO85 (listing Aircraft on certificate), Worker’s Compensation policy and any AR/GUS or Wyvern approvals.
• Coordinate and arrange special catering for each flight or stock aircraft with any specific requested items.
• Arrange transportation for clients, whether a Sedan, Limo or rental car, at each location.
• Arrange Hotel accommodations for passengers.
• Arrange conference rooms at F.B.O. (Fixed Based Operator) if needed.
• Constant communication with chosen Operator before, during and after charter to ensure that there are no weather or Air Traffic Control problems that may cause a delay in your flight.
• Track Aircraft all times during flight to monitor progress of flight.
• 24 Hour Travel assistance in case of Aircraft mechanical or delay that may present the need for a back up Aircraft.
